SHIPPING & RETURNS
Louis Leeman offers free shipping to the countries listed below. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your country is not on the list and we will do our best to assist you.

Taxes & Duties
Shipments to European Union, USA and UK do not have any additional tax or customs fees in addition to the final cost shown in the product page (VAT is already included).
Shipments to the rest of the world are subject to Duties and Delivery Paid service that will be shown during the check-out process. Depending on the country of destination, authorities may require local customers to pay sales taxes or local taxes, as applied by government import laws. Louis Leeman (USA) inc. cannot be held responsible for these taxes under any circumstances.
Delivery Time usually takes between 2 to 6 business days from the date of the order confirmation. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order is shipped. Please bear in mind that international shipments may take longer to be delivered due to customs clearance.
We do not ship orders on the following days: January 1st, January 6th, Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 24th, August 15th to 19th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.t,
Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on www.louisleeman.com, you can return your shoes for a full refund, provided it complies with our Returns Policy:
• The return is requested within 28 days of the delivery date.
• The returned shoes are unworn, in a perfect condition and in the original packaging. (Please make sure to try the shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratch marks).
• The item is not Customized or a special request.
If the above conditions are not met, we will refuse to accept the return. A flat return shipping fee of 30 USD will be charged per return and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please be aware that returns must be shipped using the same external box they have been delivered in. A restocking fee of 20$-18€-15£ will be charged for any returned goods without the original shipping box, packaging materials and / or product boxes.
To request a return, please email email@example.com and we will assist you with it.
We will send you an email confirmation once your returned items have been received and inspected. If the item meets our return policy, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We are happy to exchange the shoes for you for a different size if they did not fit, provided they meet our Returns Policy (please see above). Please be aware that we can only exchange for a different size of the same model. To request an exchange, please follow the steps below:
1.Log into your account on www.louisleeman.com.
2. In your order history, select the order and the item you want to exchange and fill out the online exchange form.
3. Once we approve your exchange request, we will send you an email with a shipping label attached. Please print that shipping label and contact the stated shipping company to arrange collection of the parcel.
4. Your exchange will be shipped once we have received and made sure the returned shoes comply with our Returns Policy. Once we do ship it, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
